Edwin Belfield of Leek

Edwin’s funeral will take place on Tuesday August 18th, Service at St Paul’s Church, Quarnford at 11.30am, followed by Interment at Elkstones Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St Paul’s Church, Quarnford, St John’s Church, Elkstones, Hollinsclough Methodist Chapel and Flash First Responders.

Kev’s funeral will take place on Tuesday August 25th, Service at St Edward’s Church, Leek at 2.45pm, prior to cremation at Carmountside Crematorium.

Brenda’s funeral will take place on Tuesday August 18th, Service at St Luke’s Church, Leek at 3pm, prior to private cremation.

David’s funeral will take place on Friday August 28th, Service and Cremation at Carmountside Crematroium at 3.30pm.

Sheelagh’s funeral will take place on Wednesday August 19th, Service and Cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 2.30pm.

No flowers please by request, donations may be sent if desired to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton or Cancer Research UK.

Cynthia’s funeral will take place on Thursday August 20th, Service at Lyndhurst House, Queen Street, Leek at 2pm, prior to private cremation.

Raymond’s funeral will take place on Friday August 21st, Service and Cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 12.30pm.

No ties to be worn, by request.

Julia’s funeral will take place on Monday August 17th, Service at Trinity Church, Leek at 11am, followed by Interment at Leek Cemetery.

Valerie sadly passed away on 1st August 2026 in the care of Beech Dene Care Home aged 84 years and formerly of Old Brumby, Scunthorpe.

Valerie leaves her beloved husband of 64 years Malcolm along with daughter Deborah, son Andrew, son-in-law James and daughter-in-law Mandy.

“Nanna” to her six much loved grandchildren – Ben, Amy, Josh, Matthew, Becky and Bethany and her great-grandson Noah, Val will be so sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Val’s funeral will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday 21st August 2026 at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Alzheimers Society.

David, Gill and family would so very much like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the many kind and thoughtful messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations which have been received in memory of Joan –  a much loved mum, grandma and great-grandma. We would like to extend our special thanks of appreciation to all the staff at Beech Dene Residential Home, Leek for their care and kindness shown to mum over these past few years, to the Rev Pam Roberts and all the members of Werrington Methodist Church for all their assistance and help on the day and finally to S. Sigley & Sons for all their help given with the funeral arrangements and everyone who very kindly attended the funeral service all of which was was very much appreciated.
